Happy 3rd Birthday, Farrah!!

This year we decided to have Farrah's party somewhere else besides our house. It's a little crazy and crowded with 30+ people at our house. I am so glad we did this! It was SUPER easy, all we had to do was show up with a cake and party favors and they did the rest.

Farrah had so much fun at her party. Her and all her little friends ran around the whole time. I think this was one of the funniest parties I've ever been to. All the kids played so well together and the adults played just as hard as the kids...haha!

Farrah's friends and cousins that came were...Reagan, Brincent, Lucas, Annika, Abby, Corey, Madison, Maci, Ava, Molly, Mallory and Jack.

After jumping, we went and had cake and gifts. This year Farrah really got into opening her presents. She was so much fun to watch. She would get so excited about every gift.

I was running around chasing Farrah that I didn't get a picture of Farrah with her friends but I did her with two of her friends.

Jack and Farrah. These two crack me up. Farrah talks about Jack all the time and from what I understand, Jack talks about Farrah all the time...haha!

This picture is so Molly and Farrah...a whole lot of SASS!!

At the end of her party, Jumping Jungle lets the birthday kid put a hand print on the wall of fame and here is Farrah with her.

After we loaded up the car and we were heading home, Farrah said "Mommy, that was so much fun! Let's do it again....tonight!" I am so glad she had a blast!

Project 365-Week 8

This has been a fun birthday week with Farrah. It's crazy to think I have a 3 year old!

Reagan and Farrah dancing to a Wii game. Farrah LOVES to dance!

My Meme came by for a visit. She was in town for a doctor's appointment. She is 91 years young and the most precious Meme I could ever ask for!!

Farrah loves throwing pennies into the fountain.

Farrah really needed a haircut this week and Randy did a great job! She loves getting her hair cut by Randy.

A little glow in the dark golf fun for Farrah's birthday.

Happy 3rd Birthday!!

Week in review....

I've missed the last two weeks...oops! It's been a little crazy here and I'm choosing to not feel guilty about not blogging about the last two weeks and I'll just start from last week.

James' brother, Joel, has opened a new restaurant here in Lubbock and invited us to come check it out. We don't get to see Joel very often so it was a treat!

We had a wonderful snow last week! Farrah LOVES playing in the snow, and so do I, Haha!!

There was a bull riding and bull fighting rodeo in Levelland. We had a blast! I LOVE watching the bull fighting. To watch these crazy cowboy clowns get so close to a Mexican fighting bull is so exciting to me...haha! I do have to say the real entertainment was sitting next to my sister-in-law, LaJuana! She really gets into the rodeo and I haven't laughed that hard in e very long time!
Me and my beautiful sister, Shawna.

My amazing Valentine's!

We went to Katie's birthday party at Bodyworks. It was a little cold for swimming but Farrah had a blast! She wasn't ready to get out....I know this summer is going to be so much fun!!

I've been doing this bible study with a group of ladies and it's called "Live Abundantly." It's a study on Ephesians and its been incredible! So thankful for these incredible new ladies in my life!

The many poses of Farrah.....

Farrah has had a camera in her face since the day she was born and now she has become a poser...haha!! I love being able to catch her personality on camera but at the same time its also hard to get a picture of her not posing!

I LOVE this girl!!!!

Dallas fun!

This past weekend James, Farrah and I went to DFW for some family fun. We had a great time. James and I came back totally exhausted having to wrestle a very active almost three year old...haha! That's her new thing, when someone asks Farrah how old she is she says "I'm two almost three!"

We wanted to make it a fun getaway and kid friendly trip. I think Farrah was more excited to stay in a hotel more then anything. She was the cutest thing! She would beg us to go back to the hotel everyday.

On Thursday, we took her to the Rain Forest Cafe. She wasn't to sure about it at first but then she got into it. When the animals "woke" up, her face was priceless! It made me remember that for her everything is so real. So after some convincing her that the tigers weren't going to get her, she loved it!

This is her "tiger" pose...silly girl! (There is a funny story behind James' eyes closed in every picture. I'll explain it at the end of the blog)

Then we walked around and ran into the carousal

After that we headed off to Bass Pro! Since Farrah has been born its become a tradition for James and Farrah to have their picture taken in front of Bass Pro.

On Friday we did a little shopping at North Park in Dallas. I tried to find some things that Farrah would like and we had a blast there.

Farrah LOVES riding the escalator, so I thought we would go up and down one for her pleasure...haha! It's in the small things right??

That evening we took Farrah to her very first rodeo!! She loved every minute of it! She was all about the bull riding. (Like her momma!)

At the rodeo we were playing with the camera and we could not take one good picture. This is where James couldn't keep his eyes open in any picture because of the flash so it became a joke all weekend.

I finally gave up on having a picture with all three of us...haha!

We had a great weekend and laughed a lot and ate a lot! It is hard traveling with a almost three year old but for the most part she was really good. She is just a busy body and that means mom and dad are worn out ;-)
